Before any technical enhancement, Ginto carries out usability tests. The aim of these tests is to observe how users actually use Ginto, whether and how the experience can be simplified and improved while using Ginto (the so-called “user experience”, or UX for short). The tests are carried out partly bilaterally, partly in groups and mostly in digital space. Feel free to contact us if you would like to take part in the next test.
Digitalization and the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence offer opportunities that Ginto wants to take advantage of. That is why the Ginto team regularly takes part in so-called “hackatons” in order to develop new ideas and functions for Ginto with fresh minds and combined efforts. Ginto also regularly supervises student assignments in the fields of computer science and data science at universities of applied sciences.
