As part of the OK:GO initiative, Swiss tourism companies collect and share information about the accessibility of their offers. In doing so, they make travel planning easier for people with disabilities and people with temporary mobility restrictions — for example in old age or following injuries.

The OK:GO initiative was launched in 2019 by the Förderverein Barrierefreie Schweiz (FVBS). Their goal: All tourism companies in Switzerland provide travelers with objective information on the accessibility of their offers — as natural as opening times. The Swiss tourism industry is thus setting a good example. Learn more about the OK:GO initiative.

The OK:GO initiative is aimed at the entire tourism sector: hotels, gastronomy, art and culture, and mobility. Participation includes the collection and publication of information on the accessibility of tourist offers with Ginto. Learn more about participating in OK:GO.

The participation of tourism companies in OK:GO has a lasting effect: It is carried out as part of the sustainability program "Swisstainable” recognized at level II — engaged (in combination). Apply for an OK:GO certificate of participation in “Swisstainable”.
