Create a new Ginto account

Here you can find out how to create a new Ginto account. If you sign in with an external Google or Apple user account, you can skip this step.

1. Click “Create account” and then “With username/password” to create a new Ginto account.
2. Fill in the required information. Please follow the instructions listed below.
3. Review and accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the Privacy Policy.
4. Check your inbox: You've received a code to verify your email address.
5. Enter the code in the Ginto app and click “Next.”
